Arcana Studios is set to put out five films based on their comic titles first of which will be "Paradox."  According to The Hollywood Reporter Kevin Sorbo will star with Brenton Spencer from Stargate: Atlantis at the helm.  Christos Gage and Ruth Fletcher Gage wrote the screenplay based on Arcana's three-issue limited series written by Christos Gage, who has worked for Marvel and DC Comics.

Sorbo plays a homicide cop on a parallel Earth ruled by magic who investigates a series of murders committed by a previously unseen means: the power of science.
