Ever want to know what your favorite stars of today will look like in fifty years but don't feel like waiting to find out? Not really? Oh, well here are some pictures of Kate Winslet made up as an old lady for her new role in "The Reader" anyway, courtesy of Just Jared (via Cinematical).
"The Reader" is the story of a man (Ralph Fiennes) who has been sexually obsessed with an older woman (Winslet) for years – one who is prosecuted for Nazi war crimes when it is revealed that she was a guard at Auschwitz.
Now there's a tough question I'd never considered: If Kate Winslet were a 90-year-old, illiterate Nazi death camp guard, would you still be into her? Ralph Fiennes will have the answers. The film opens on December 12th, 2008, just in time for Oscar season, with Stephen Daldry ("The Hours") directing.
Head on over to Just Jared for a slew of other set photos of Old Lady Winslet in Berlin.
