Ken Kaufman and David Agosto have let loose the "Dogs" with their action comedy pitch, Wardogs, which has been picked up by MGM for a cool million dollars and will be directed by Peter Segal.
The plot is being kept very hush-hush, but it's described as "an action ensemble comedy in the vein of 'Ocean's Eleven,' where the casting becomes an event," by producer Andrew Lazar. Co-producer Michael Ewing states, "It is a bunch of these terrific actors getting together and having a good time‚ it's that kind of thing."
Kaufman and Agosto have written the screenplays for Curious George, The Missing, and Space Cowboys.
