The Writers Guild of America has struck a deal with Overture Films allowing the writers to get back to work for the new company which thus far has only released Mad Money. Yes, perhaps not as exciting an agreement as the ones made with Lionsgate, The Weinstein Co., or United Artists. But progress is progress, and the industry is slowly moving toward some sort of compromise, you can just feel it.
