Paul Rudd has signed on for John Hamburg's comedy I Love You, Man at Dreamworks. Hamburg (writer-director of Along Came Polly) wrote the script which "centers on a man about to get married who actively seeks out a male friend to be his best man for the wedding." Rudd's co-star from Knocked Up Jason Segel is also in talks to play an unknown supporting role.

Donald De Line is producing with Hamburg and shooting will begin this March.
