News > Punisher Ray Stevenson tapped for 'Book of Eli'

Ray Stevenson is set to join Denzel Washington in the Book of Eli.  According to Variety, Stevensons character will play an enforcer sent to kill Denzel, while Denzel fights his way across wastelands protecting the book that will save humanity.

Mila Kunis and Gary Oldman have also joined the cast of the apocalypic Western due for release in January 2010.

No, Punisher don't kill the Librarian!!! Is this a comedy? Books can be copied or scanned. No need to risk your life protecting one. This sounds as ridiculous as dancing penquins. I thought Will Smith was going to save humanity, not the American Gangster.
