It turns out there's double the GI Joe news today as Rachel Nichols (Alias, The Amityville Horror) has been cast as the crossbow-touting Scarlett in Stephen Sommers's live action adaptation of the popular action figure line and animated series. This time the news comes courtesy of LatinoReview, who point out that Nichols's tall stature and bright red hair make her a good fit for the role of "the first female GI Joe."
