Well i din't like this one as well, but one has to admit, that Spidey2 was extremly good and it could almost only go downhill from there. Still J. Jonah Jameson was funny and the Sandman was imho done nicely.
But Maguire was not convincing, i can't stand Dunst anyway, the ending was idiotic and the character development, that made part 2 so enjoyable was simply not there.
Let me not even get started on the wasted chance of making this movie interesting by using the black suit a bit more like the comics had done.
