Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight" is coming out July 18th, and even amidst the vast array of summer superhero blockbusters, this one is guaranteed to stand out. Nolan delivered one of the smartest, most well-made comic book movies of all time with "Batman Begins" back in 2005, with one of the most talented actors of his generation playing one of the most iconic heroes of the past century. People have been patiently waiting for this movie since the moment the last one ended. Correction: They probably started waiting for this one half way through "Begins."
So here's the newly minted trailer for "The Dark Knight," fresh from WhySoSerious.com (click the link to watch it). It gives quite a bit away as far as the plot and character relationships are concerned, but it certainly left me wanting more (in the good way that trailers are meant to). I like the way they've been setting up the Batman-Joker-Harvey Dent relationships. It should provide a clean transition into a third movie with Dent as the tragic and literally multi-faceted villain.
Any opinions?

In the trailer you see Dent holding a gun in a car...if you pause the HD trailer you see slight burns near his nose implying conversion to Two Face.
