News > Will Arnett On for "When in Rome"

Written by David Morgan

Hilarious character actor Will Arnett has joined the cast of "When in Rome." The romantic comedy by Mark Steven Johnson ("Ghost Rider") stars Kristen Bell as a "love-starved New York curator who steals magical coins from the Trevi Fountain in Rome but soon finds herself in a bizarre situation when she is pursued back to New York by a band of aggressive suitors whose coins she took" (The Hollywood Reporter).

Arnett will play an Italian artist who follows Bell home to New York. Josh Duhamel, Jon Heder, Anjelica Huston, and Dax Shepard co-star. Someone needs to write a great screenplay for Will Arnett today and save him from more of these roles in second or third-rate comedies like "RV," "The Comebacks," and "Let's Go to Prison." He can do better, we've all seen it on "Arrested Development."
