Editorials > Zartan, General Hawk, Duke have been cast!

There big roles have been filled by three big names in the upcoming G.I. Joe movie. Two of the three are perfect, while Duke - well, it remains to be seen whether or not a young Duke is a good Duke.  According to both IESB and Variety here are the choices:

Channing Tatum - Duke

Arnold Vosloo - Zartan

Dennis Quaid - General Hawk 

The rest of the cast are Ray Park (Snake Eyes), Marlon Wayans (Ripcord), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Rex), Rachel Nichols (Scarlett), Sienna Miller (The Baroness), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje Heavy Duty), Said Taghmaoui (Breaker) and Byung-hun Lee (Storm Shadow). Destro's casting announcement should be made within the week.

G.I. Joe begins filming next month and will hit theaters on August 7, 2009.
